Icelandic language support for Pocket PC

Pocket PC Icelandic Language Extender (LEng) is designed for support (Pocket PC/Windows Mobile Icelandic localization) the following devices:

• Pocket PC
• Pocket PC 2002
• Windows Mobile/Pocket PC 2003
• Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition

Language Extender package includes drivers of Icelandic Pocket PC on-screen keyboard and Icelandic regional settings.

With Pocket PC Icelandic support you can input information in Icelandic language in any application on your Pocket PC/ Windows Mobile, edit it, save, transfer to other Pocket PC’s or desktop computers and print documents including texts in Icelandic language.

• On-screen keyboard layout for Icelandic letters input. You can use different Icelandic layouts.
• New! Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard (available in Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition versions).
• Special module for external Pocket PC keyboard that allows using portable keyboards to type in Icelandic with different Icelandic layouts.
• Icelandic format of date and time (Pocket PC Icelandic regional settings).
• Correct synchronization operations of Pocket PC applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications).
• Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) to write Icelandic symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on Pocket PC), availability to adjust it in your own way.
• Correct print operation for documents in Icelandic.
